Introduction

Tshuletsa is a Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) initiative that is a viable and effective vehicle for targeted Socio-Economic Development, Enterprise and Supplier Development and Skills Development B-BBEE requirements, we offer a real “Return on Investment”.   We assist you to claim points on your BEE scorecard relating to Socio-Economic Development, Enterprise and Supplier Development and Skills Development.

Through our programs we:

Create sustainable black enterprises.

Give unemployed under-graduates or graduates sustainable access to the economy.

Increase the skills, knowledge and productivity of employees.

Funding:

Funding of Tshuletsa programs for your organization can be achieved by accessing various sources such as Corporate Social Investment (CSI), Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) funds (i.e. Social-Economic Development (SED) and Enterprise and SupplierDevelopment (ESD)), Human Resources budgets including Skills Development (SD). Industry or government funding may be possible through the relevant SETA involvement or National Skills Fund opportunities from time to time.

Tshuletsa utilises the following funding opportunities:

Socio-Economic Development (SED)

This means monetary or non-monetary contributions to our Work-Readiness Programs that “facilitate sustainable access to the economy” for the beneficiaries of these programs.

Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD)

ESD is a combination of Preferential Procurement, Supplier Diversity, Supplier Development and Enterprise Development.

Skills Development (SD)

This means monetary contributions to the upliftment of skills
for existing company employees.
